Joseph W. Dixon an approved Faculty Program Consultant in Choice Theory® with the William Glasser Institute.

 

 While education is his specialty, he offer Choice Theory® and Reality Therapy training to those working in counseling, business, domestic violence, drug & alcohol or any other helping profession.

 

Choice Theory® explains "how" and "why" people behave. This knowledge of how internal motivation shapes our wants, perceptions, and behaviors, is invaluable for anyone that works in a helping profession or leadership position.

Choice Theory® Basic Intensive Week Training

Joseph is a faculty member of the William Glasser Institute. You will learn how perceptions shape reality and understanding why we do the things we do are only two of the many goals of the Basic Intensive Week training. By participating in this four to five day introductory course, you will obtain a working knowledge of Dr. Glasser’s ideas and learn how to apply reality therapy, choice theory and lead-management to your professional and personal life.

 

 

 

Practicum Supervisor

The Basic Practicum consists of 30 hours of instruction, 12 hours of which must be face-to-face directly with a Practicum Supervisor.
